Registration Fee

The registration fee includes:

• admission to the Opening Ceremony and Farewell Party
• admission to the Scientific Program
• conference materials (incl. printed program & abstracts)
• refreshments (incl. cafeteria lunches)
• social events

The Accompanying person fee includes:

• admission to the Opening Ceremony and Farewell Party
• admission to the Scientific Program
• refreshments
• social events

The registration fee does not include accommodation.

Payment

Euro is the official currency in Slovakia. Payment should be made via bank transfer.

*The participant´s name have to include first name and surname (for example John Cook), and it should be clearly legible otherwise the payment cannot be identified.

Important notice

Payment has to be net of all bank charges.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing by e-mail ( symposium@neurobiology.sk). Telephone cancellation will not be accepted.
• If cancellation is received by May 31, 2024, payment will be refunded except 30 EUR handling fee.
• No payment refund is possible for cancellation after June 1, 2024.
• All refunds will only be processed after the Symposium due to organizing reasons.
