PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Payments should be made via bank transfer.
All payments must include identification data of each paying participant, the name of participant is mandatory.

IMPORTANT:
- all bank charges, i.e. also foreign ones, have to be born by the participant. Do not forget to instruct your bank to process the remittance “free of all charges for the beneficiary”.
- print whole Beneficiary's name as given above. If the name doesn’t fit in the blank space, it should continue as Specification or Remittance Information.
- for transfers within the European Union, bank charges will be considerably lower if you indicate the IBAN and BIC/SWIFT codes.
CANCELATION and REFUNDS:
- Notification of cancelation must be sent in writing to the correspondence contact
- If cancelation is received by July 31, 2008, payment will be refunded except for the handling fee of 25 EUR.
- NO payment refund is possible for cancelation received after July 31, 2008.
- Please note, that due to organizing reasons, all refunds will only be processed after the meeting.
